Under what circumstances are cancellation fees covered?
The policy covers up to 25 grounds for cancellation.
What do I need to do to cancel my booking and request a refund of the cancellation fees?
If you meet any of the above conditions and have booked with a non-refundable fare, please follow these steps:
- Contact us to request cancellation of the booking and an invoice for the costs.
- Contact the insurance company by email: flexmyroom@arag.es providing your personal details and policy number and attaching a copy of the invoice and proof of the reason for cancellation.
- The insurance company will contact you as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed.
