If you meet any of the above conditions and have booked with a non-refundable fare, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact us to request cancellation of the booking and an invoice for the costs.
  2. Contact the insurance company by email: flexmyroom@arag.es providing your personal details and policy number and attaching a copy of the invoice and proof of the reason for cancellation.
  3. The insurance company will contact you as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed.

The policy covers the titleholder of the booking as well as their companions.

In case of medical assistance, please contact the assistance center +34 91 566 15 88. They will tell you how to proceed and which medical center or hospital to go to. In establishments with which we have an arrangement, the expenses will be covered directly, in all others, you will have to pay the invoice that will be reimbursed to you later.

You will receive an email containing all the information regarding your insurance on the day your booking is confirmed.
